Space owner
Owns a yard, driveway or garage that sits empty.
- Shares the space and sets the price
- Approves who may park and when
- Monthly payout
- Barrier they control from the app
Wisey connects three sides: the person who owns the space, the person who needs it, and the manager who keeps the operation running. The hardware makes it physical. The platform makes it fair.
Everyone deals with Wisey, never with each other. Each side gives one thing to the ecosystem and gets another back.

Needs a spot now, or a guaranteed one next week.
Runs a region as a Wisey partner.
In the middle
No side has to trust another one. The hardware enforces access, the platform enforces the deal.
01
Space owner
The owner applies, a local manager visits, and a Wisey barrier is installed and paired with the platform. The space appears on the map with the owner’s own rate and open hours.
02
Driver
The app shows nearby spaces with live status — available, filling up or taken — plus the hourly price. Pay as you go, or book a day, week or month ahead.
03
Barrier
Payment starts the session and the barrier folds down. Nothing else opens it. When the session ends, or the driver taps end parking, it folds back up.
04
Platform
Wisey charges the driver, tracks the session, splits revenue between owner and manager, and pays out monthly. Private spaces can be shared with named people instead, free of charge.
05
Parking manager
The manager answers owner questions, schedules installers, watches device health and resolves incidents — so the owner never has to.
A folding parking barrier, bolted into the surface, connected over mobile network. Only a paid, active session can lower it. When the session ends it folds back up.
Bolted into asphalt or concrete, rated for daily use in the Caucasus climate.
Mobile connectivity with battery backup; status is visible in the platform.
Only an active, paid session — or the owner — can lower it.
Managers see battery, signal and fault alerts before drivers do.
