Wisey opens its first hundred Tbilisi courtyards
A hundred private yards in Old Tbilisi and Vake are now on the live map. Here is what a hundred installations taught us about hardware, owners and drivers.
Installation is a scheduling problem, not an engineering one
The barrier itself takes under an hour to install. Everything around it — confirming the surface, agreeing a time with residents, making sure the space is empty — is where the days go. Our operators now book installs in blocks per district, which cut the average wait from eleven days to four.
Owners price lower than they could
Given a free choice, most owners set a rate around 30 % below the nearest city meter. Sessions fill quickly, occupancy stays high, and the monthly payout ends up similar to a higher price with gaps. We now show demand data in the platform so the choice is informed.
What drivers actually want
