What drivers do in the last 200 metres

The map gets you close. Everything after that is signage, lighting and one clear instruction — the part we kept getting wrong.

The map is the easy part

Getting a driver to the right street is solved. Getting them through the right archway, past the bins, into bay E-11 is where sessions go wrong — and where our early support calls all came from.

Three fixes that worked

A photograph of the entrance, taken from the driver’s approach. One instruction, not three. And the space number shown the moment the session starts, rather than buried in a confirmation email.

Flash the light

The last hundred metres is still hard in the dark, so the app can flash the barrier’s LED. It sounds trivial. It removed a whole category of “I cannot find it” calls.
