From signed territory to thirty live spaces: how our Tartu partner built a pipeline, and where the time actually went.
Weeks one to three: the pipeline
Our Tartu partner started with property managers rather than individual owners — one conversation covering forty buildings instead of forty conversations. Twenty-two candidate spaces came out of the first three weeks.
Weeks four to eight: installs in blocks
Barriers take under an hour to fit. Everything around them — confirming the surface, agreeing a time with residents, making sure the bay is empty — is where the days go. Booking installs in district blocks cut the average wait from eleven days to four.
Weeks nine to thirteen: operating
Thirty live spaces, and the work changed shape: device alerts, owner questions, the occasional car left past its session. The lesson worth passing on is that onboarding and operating need different hours in the week, and it helps to separate them deliberately.
